The Paper Making Process

Step 01 :

White cotton fabric scraps are gathered and processed in a rag-cutting machine to break them into small pieces. These pieces are then combined with water and refined through blades, turning the mixture into a smooth pulp

Step 02 :

The paste is moved into tanks and diluted with additional water, then raised from below using a flat iron mesh and layered between fabric sheets. After that, a hydraulic press compresses the sheets, removing any excess water.

Step 03 :

Once dried, the sheets are fed through a pressing machine with rollers and iron plates to achieve a smooth, even finish. Each sheet is then carefully inspected for any imperfections or defects.
